Abstract
The results achieved about the elastic field alterations
caused in solid mediums, nearest to the shot-point by conventional or nuclear
explosions, are here resumed.
Such alterations may subdivided in various zones: A) melt zone —
B) crushed zone — C) cracked zone (where plastic currents form) — D) indefinite
elastic zone (s. Fig. 5).
There are examined, at last, the effects of above-mentioned alterations
in connection with elastic modulus determination in a rocky system
caused in solid mediums, nearest to the shot-point by conventional or nuclear
explosions, are here resumed.
