Studio preliminare sulle oscillazioni libere del Lago di Sauris a due diverse quote
Main Article Content
Abstract
In the first stage concerning the free oscillations of
the Sauris' Lake, we limited ourselves to the periods, knots and amplitudes
determination of the uni and bi-nodal seiche, making use of the Hidaka's
method. The investigation is particularly interesting due to two particular
reasons:
1. - It is an artificial reservoir, formed barring the Lumiei torrent.
(Lumiei Dam, high 130 m).
2. - The Lake has been studied at two different altitudes (whole basin, 980 m- and 939 m), matter which in a natural lake is almost impossible to find.
In the second part, the research will be exended to the comparison
of the theoretical results- here achieved- with the experimental results
obtained by limnographic records.
