Abstract
The pròblem of the winds determinatimi in the high
atmospliere by the Sodium-and-Lithium cloud teclinique is considered and
a review is presented of the data reduction methods most commonly used
in various countries. Particular a t t e n t i o n is devoted to the italian metliod
whicli is i l l u s t r a t e d in some details in order to provide a complete solution
